Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
SharpSpring is used as our marketing and sales platform as it is a full marketing and sales platform we work constantly in. It delivers an overview on marketing activities and sales activities and results. It helps us manage the business from generating leads to sales.
- Fully integrated marketing and sales platform
- ROI based marketing
- Ease of use. A highly user-friendly interface
- Total package instead of all separate applications (mailchimp, hootsuite, google analytics, CRM etc.
- Reporting and query possibilities in CRM need some improvement
- Shorter sales cycle
- Clear ROI on campaigns - so easy to manage costs
- Less effort and time consuming in sending emails.
HubSpot and Act-On have about the same capabilities. HubSpot has a much more expensive price model and Act-On is less expensive than HubSpot but even though more expensive. The user interface is not as clear as in SharpSpring and SharpSpring has a better integration with CRM. ActiveCampaign is less expensive but doesn't have the capabilities SharpSpring offers.
