Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We are using it to automate our email campaigns and for tracking our leads. The problem we have is not being able to report open and click rates because the data is not accurate. Now we have had to switch out strategy and find other ways around it.
  • It allows good ways for us to manage leads.
  • They should work on better ways to make automation easier with better triggers and filters.
  • It has helped us with our email campaigns and our leads.
It suits us well when we want to send a list down a certain action group or work flow.
