Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

Using SharpSpring as a CRM and marketing automation platform with forms, landing pages, email platforms, and automation workflows for the nurturing process. We are also integrating with third-party software such as Intercom, Landbot, OptiMonk, and Slack. We are combining these tools to boost our sales and improve our customer support and experience.
  • A visual editor to create complex workflows.
  • Integrations with third-party solutions.
  • Forms and list management are pretty easy.
  • Customer support is fantastic, one of the best I've personally experienced.
  • Shopping cart integrations can be a little bit complex, and you definitely need a developer with coding experience.
  • The image management in the email editor could be better.
  • The landing page editor has some room for improvement. Coding skills are needed if you want to do some tweaks in your design.
  • Positive ROI: We're gaining three clients per year with SharpSpring.
Pricing for small and mid-size companies was the key difference/factor to switch. When we started in 2016, the pricing strategy from HubSpot was not affordable for our company or any of our clients, and that was why we decided to switch, and we have been working with SharpSpring since then.

Do you think SharpSpring from Constant Contact delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with SharpSpring from Constant Contact's feature set?

Yes

Did SharpSpring from Constant Contact live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of SharpSpring from Constant Contact go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy SharpSpring from Constant Contact again?

No

Pricing is great and well suited for any small or mid-sized business looking for a complete and affordable marketing automation software with a month to month pricing basis. It's less appropriate if your company has fewer than 1000 contacts. In that case, you may want to consider other more affordable options.

Evaluating SharpSpring and Competitors

Yes - We replace ActiveCampaign. We found out that Sharpspring is easier to use and integrate
  • Price
  • Product Usability
  • Prior Experience with the Product
Agency model became key to our organization revenue stream as we can integrate Sharspring with 3 clients with only one active license
Won't do it again honestly. Onboarding takes a lot of time and resources.
