Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring from Constant Contact

Using SharpSpring as a CRM and marketing automation platform with forms, landing pages, email platforms, and automation workflows for the nurturing process. We are also integrating with third-party software such as Intercom, Landbot, OptiMonk, and Slack. We are combining these tools to boost our sales and improve our customer support and experience.
  • A visual editor to create complex workflows.
  • Integrations with third-party solutions.
  • Forms and list management are pretty easy.
  • Customer support is fantastic, one of the best I've personally experienced.
  • Shopping cart integrations can be a little bit complex, and you definitely need a developer with coding experience.
  • The image management in the email editor could be better.
  • The landing page editor has some room for improvement. Coding skills are needed if you want to do some tweaks in your design.
  • Positive ROI: We're gaining three clients per year with SharpSpring.
Pricing for small and mid-size companies was the key difference/factor to switch. When we started in 2016, the pricing strategy from HubSpot was not affordable for our company or any of our clients, and that was why we decided to switch, and we have been working with SharpSpring since then.

It's less appropriate if your company has fewer than 1000 contacts. In that case, you may want to consider other more affordable options.
