The best marketing automation solution
Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We currently use it across the entire organization for our email marketing platform, sales CRM, lead reporting and lead form generation.
Pros
- Sales CRM: easy to track opportunities and after they are won or lost, see where the lead came from.
- Marketing Automation: they make it easy to trigger internal and external actions, like sending an on-boarding email after a deal is won.
- Reporting: the ability to see where a lead came from and all the actions they took is priceless.
Cons
- Mobile App: They have a good mobile app and have plans to update it for 2020 that I'm looking forward to.
- Helped us attribute leads to the source.
- Auto sends emails when we post a blog.
- Helped us know how much revenue each channel was producing.
This tool is better on the cost side but still packs a load of features.
