We currently use SharpSpring as our own marketing automation and CRM solution. We also advise clients to implement and use SharpSpring in addition to helping with the implementation and customization of the solution.
- CRM functionality is very simple to use and keep salespeople focused and on task.
- Marketing automation is very intuitive and allows for multiple levels of automation. Engaging with clients and prospects is what we need SharpSpring to do for us and it does so elegantly.
- Greater depth of knowledge from support staff on the integration of other plugins and syncing tools would be helpful.
- I'd like to see a single login for all instances we're using/working in. We have an agency we're helping with implementation and that requires a separate login for us. Small detail but would be helpful.
