Using SharpSpring
5 - Most people are sales folk that use SharpSpring to keep track of their leads. Our operations manager and one other operations person also use the system. They create the landing pages, emails, and other such things for sales folk to use.
5 - SharpSpring is not overly complicated, but we did find more independent people tend to do better with getting through the training ad regularly using the tool. We found that when we required people to get certified and ran them through the process they were reluctant to do so, but that seemed to be a staffing issue. As we pull in new members we are seeing a smooth transition from training into usage.
