Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring across the entire business for lead generation, sales commission tracking, existing and incoming client communication, and various tracking/reporting purposes. SharpSpring allows us to properly store and track information on leads after we have obtained them. We can organize our sales team and the sales teams of our clients so that proper reporting and ROI can be obtained from the sales side of things.

SharpSpring is far more powerful than Keap but it is pretty similar. There is also the agency resell value behind SharpSpring that Keap has in a smaller scale, but definitely not as in-depth.

SharpSpring is great for building and organizing your inbound Marketing funnel. It will allow you to properly manage your sales team and even includes training for then internally. It's pretty powerful and can be resold to other businesses so if you focus on optimizing business sales teams it could be perfect for you.

Using SharpSpring

5 - Most people are sales folk that use SharpSpring to keep track of their leads. Our operations manager and one other operations person also use the system. They create the landing pages, emails, and other such things for sales folk to use.
5 - SharpSpring is not overly complicated, but we did find more independent people tend to do better with getting through the training ad regularly using the tool. We found that when we required people to get certified and ran them through the process they were reluctant to do so, but that seemed to be a staffing issue. As we pull in new members we are seeing a smooth transition from training into usage.

I really like SharpSpring, but may be closing doors soon. This is not because of SharpSpring at all, but due to the fact that I have taken another job.
