Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
I am one of a 25+ sales team that uses SharpSpring at the direction of our company owners. They control and decide how we use the features of SharpSpring. We are using it to do "digital marketing and sales" and, for me personally, a CRM.
- I use the "launchpad" daily to monitor my customer's activity.
- Keep track of all my contacts and their relevant profile information.
- Select "custom fields" to target specific contacts for specific "campaigns" we have going on.
- I'm not sure this is an issue for SharpSpring but I would like "permission" from my system admin to be able to run more "reports" to make it easier to sort and analyze my contacts and their activity.
