Overall Satisfaction with Shift

As a freelance graphic designer with a small team of content creators, we use multiple emails, apps, and team messaging programs. Shift has allowed us to integrate much of our practices and reduced the tab headache! Personally, I love being able to toggle between my 8 different email accounts, see all incoming notifications in one place, and feel confident I'm not missing anything.

  • I'd love to see the interface updated to make it clear which workspace you're in for third party apps
  • Different sounds for different notifications
  • Options for "always open" chat windows
  • It saves time that was once spent hunting through tabs to find the correct window
  • It makes a "Birdseye view" of incoming notifications much easier
  • It saves me time from logging in and out of different apps with multiple accounts
I have 8 Gmail accounts, each of which use different logins for apps like Mailchimp, Canva, Trello, and Slack. The biggest help has been not having to log in and out of mail chimp accounts for different clients. Being able to toggle between each one saves my team so much time.
Saving time with tabs, multiple logins, and different application windows. We all keep Slack open 24 hours a day. It's so easy to have one place that houses all of our projects, communications, and emails. Being able to access multiple slacks with one click has been game changing for us!
It is very user-friendly. Every time I have onboarded someone new to using shift, they have never required any major hand holding. Everything is clearly laid out. The only room for improvement would be to make it easier to see which workspace you're in when accessing apps.
Shift is the only one that answered all of our problems without requiring us to download an entirely different app for another service. Having everything in one place is invaluable!

I have already recommended Shift to many colleagues! It is best suited for people that juggle multiple emails (whether they are work or personal). I have recommended it to freelancers, educators, and business owners.
