Overall Satisfaction with Shopify
Shopify is being used by our whole organization to support our e-commerce channel. We have many customers who choose Shopify as their e-commerce platform of choice due to a number of factors including ease of setup and use and support without needing a full-time development team after launch. One of the biggest benefits are the seemingly endless apps and plugins that enable customers to grow and adapt quickly to new trends.
- User-friendly interface allows anyone to work with it quickly.
- Apps or plugins allow us to launch new initiatives in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Their support is quick when we have questions and their online documentation is extremely helpful.
- Would love to be able to set up custom reports in an easier fashion.
- Missing the ability to support custom coupon codes without an extension.
- I could potentially see issues depending on the overall size of the business. As we grow I'm not sure how Shopify will grow with us after a certain point although they seem to be making strides for larger enterprises.
- It's allowed us to support our customers and I think showcase our products better than our previous cart.

- Magento and BigCommerce
I think Shopify was most similar to BigCommerce, but a good cart before needing to use Magento which felt more enterprise.
