Overall Satisfaction with Shopify
Great product. Great service. Easy to use and very expandable. I recommend to others all the time. The customer service with Shopify could quite possibly be the best part about working with them. Their tech support is so knowledgeable and quick to provide support. Easy going professionals.
- Great Apps to use to expand your Shopify site.
- Easy to get someone on the phone for help and support.
- Pricing is very competitive.
- I have been very satisfied since the beginning. I have even tried other services and keep coming back to Shopify.
- Stronger relations with app developers so it's easier to get customer support.
- Easier to work between multiple app developers.
- Don't offer templates for simple wholesale businesses.
- Great ROI since launching the site.
- Cons would be the extra fees to work with all these different app developers. Costs can really rise as you expand features.
