Overall Satisfaction with Shopify
Shopify is the backbone of our small business. It is being used to support our entire website, as well as the e-commerce process. It is used by the whole organization on the backend for sales, metics, reporting, etc -- and is used by our customers exclusively on the front end by hosting the website and all of our purchasable inventory.
I selected Shopify over Wix primarily for the e-commerce integration. Shopify, at the time, had the e-commerce (the ability for a customer to pay) already natively built into it's offering. Wix needed a third party application to be added in order to accept payments. This was almost four years ago now, so I do not know if that is the most current offering with Wix.
Do you think Shopify delivers good value for the price?
Are you happy with Shopify's feature set?
Did Shopify live up to sales and marketing promises?
Did implementation of Shopify go as expected?
Would you buy Shopify again?
I will, and have, recommended Shopify several times. It is the best way for small business ideas to come to life in an easy, streamlined fashion. The plug-and-play accessibility for building a website turns any design/programming novice into a professional in no time. It is well worth the money and pays for itself in no time at all.
