Overall Satisfaction with Shopify

We sell our products on Shopify. We need to reach more people and get more sales

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Payments are fast
  • shipping is easy to do

Cons

  • I can't get rid of the unshipped orders
  • How to reach new clients
  • sales are still low
  • easy to use
  • in my opinion, customer service needs to be better
It is very easy to use and easy to engage with the clients
We are actually using both. One for wholesale and one for retail

It is very easy to use and you don't have to be technologically savvy to figure it out. In my experience, it is hard to get help when you have a question. I would like that to be improved. I would like to talk to a person or chat on line to get the problems resolved.
