Overall Satisfaction with SignNow
Basically every quote and agreement we use at Lennis Design, LLC goes through SignNow.com. We have found it very simple to implement and most of our customers (who are of varying computer sophistication) have no problem using it. When we re-invented our business in 2016 we didn't want to go back to fax machines so SignNow.com gave us the ability to have electronic signatures without the high overhead of their competition.
Pros
- Signing a quote for your phone gets jobs started faster.
- Automatically exporting PDF and letting me know when the customer has agreed to the quote is very helpful.
- Having an online repository to re-download executed documents is helpful.
Cons
- Being able to copy document settings would be nice or set-up typical fields (signature/date/etc).
- Making sure the email invitation doesn't look spammy or get sent to junk mail.
- It comes at a great price and works well.
- Adds credibility when I can allow electronic signatures just "like the big shots".
- It makes it easier to do business remotely or from my home office.
