Overall Satisfaction with SignNow

I run a homeschool educational support group. We use Sign Now to have all our members sign liability waivers & agreements and we use this for our teacher contracts.
  • Provides a platform that is easy to create a document with a digital signature.
  • Provides a platform that is easy to access for people who are signing digitally.
  • The platform is easy for me to see who has or hasn't signed documents I've sent.
  • I was very confused at first between creating a document and creating a template.
  • When I try to customize my message on a template I can't edit all the parts I want to on the sending message.
  • Many of the users I've sent this don't see this right away. Often it goes into a spam folder.
  • SignNow has made it SO easy to keep all my important paperwork in order.
  • SignNow makes it easy for me to see if someone didn't sign or return something important I sent them.
  • I love that I can access these important docs anytime, especially if there was an emergency I have my student's waivers at my fingertips on my phones - no more sorting and storing paperwork.

SignNow would work very well for a small business - especially one where you need documents signed often. It also works well if need more than one signature on a document. If you were generating a whole bunch of different documents it can become quite tedious to have to create these. SignNow is very budget-friendly and overall fairly easy to use.

Using SignNow

1 - I am the administrator and I am creating and sending all the documents through SignNow.
1 - Myself! I am the only one using the program!
  • Contracts with parents.
  • Contracts with teachers.
  • Liability reasons & purposes.
  • I was able to do all my teacher contracts digitally and I know that my teachers have a copy because of how the system works.
  • Field trip waivers.
  • Contracts with teachers & tutors.
Now that I am used to the platform I can easily create things. I also have access to everything I've gotten signed. There aren't many other digital signature programs out there that are this affordable.

This was affordable, it allowed me to send several emails with digital signatures each month for a really low price. It was easy enough to learn how to use. The emails could be sent directly to my members without them having to create an actual account with someone else.
I'm glad I ended up with SignNow, I wouldn't have wasted time looking at anything else.
