Overall Satisfaction with SignNow

We use SignNow in a variety of mediums. Having our clients sign company-issued documents for Player Association items helps us reach all sides of our roster. SignNow is also crucial to send agreements for any endorsements, secure documents, and files.
  • Uploads and field creation.
  • Allows for a cancel send or resend of a document.
  • Storage of documents while on the go.
  • The mobile features are a bit tough
  • Mobile Scanning
  • Account sharing
  • Saves time
  • Reduces workload of several individuals to often 1 or 2.
  • Allows multiple people to see that what is needed is being done.
I've never had to use customer support personally. However, that's because all questions I've had have been answered through the FAQs and easy read help areas. Therefore, I have provided a 10 on the slider and now I'm trying to hit the 50-word mark, keep reading, we're gonna make it!
I've touched on this through the survey. We've taken down the contract signing process from multiple and something that may take a full day or two pending people's schedules to the work of one to two people and a matter of hours and often minutes because of the ease of collaboration and the use of Carbon Copy within the platform.

If you need to reach someone quickly it can be done immediately. If in a time-sensitive situation, SignNow is a crutch. From our experiences, SignNow has global reach and execution ability and integrates well with an email to take multiple sends off your hands. Again, it's a perfect way to crutch for others like us.
