Overall Satisfaction with SignNow

We use SignNow as our tool to complete contracts with signatures. We prefill some of the information from our CRM (Keap) via Zapier. We also trigger the emails to send off to get signed from within the marketing automation features in Keap.

  • Great pricing
  • Interface is a little clunky.
  • Better examples of how to set up different use cases.
  • Needs a referral program.
  • Direct integrations with other tools.
  • Took time to teach employees how to implement it for others.
  • Can be difficult for a novice to integrate with Zapier.
