Overall Satisfaction with SimilarWeb PRO
My team (the business operations team) is the primary team that uses SimilarWeb PRO. We use it to understand the size of the market and the different patterns/trends. The industry analysis can be pretty helpful.
- Easy to understand metrics (there's a lot of columns and filtering that helps us understand the market landscape)
- Data appears to be accurate
- Pretty useful for competitor analysis
- There are only two ways to use SimilarWeb -- basically either the free, limited version, or a fully paid plan. No in-between to trial/test.
- Keeping a consistently updated list of our market with SimilarWeb Pro's data has been helpful to our Sales team
The SimilarWeb Pro dashboard and lists are pretty good. Some senior level managers really liked the product so we went with it.
