Overall Satisfaction with Skype
Skype is great to easily connect with people across the country or on another continent. It's great because you can easily video chat for meetings, which is nice to be able to chat face to face even if you're not physically in the same room. In addition, it's easy to send documents for work over Skype to share with co-workers if you're collaborating. Lastly, what's great is you can share your screen on Skype, so if you're having technical difficulties or want to show something on your screen to people who you're talking with its a great feature.

Skype is very user-friendly, making it easy to use regardless of computer knowledge. In addition, the audio and video quality on the platform is fantastic. When comparing skype to other similar software I have used, these applications, aside from Adobe Connect, don't have all the same features that skype has. While Adobe Connect has the same features as skype, I find the audio and video quality on skype to far surpass it as well as its user-friendliness.
