We use Skype from our desktop computers. It enables us to communicate with clients and prospective clients without using personal cell phones or landline phones.

Skype is easier to use than most other VOIP. It has great customer support with fast responses. the help sections are good and you can find lots of user forums on the internet. Skype has been around for decades and is a proven commodity. It is very reliable and easy to use.
