Overall Satisfaction with Skype
I normally use Skype to conduct online staff meetings and sometimes it is used to deal with the clients. It is used across the whole organization. The major problem that it addresses is that we can easily avoid traditional meetings and enhance easy meetings while staying at home.
- Easy to conduct daily official meetings.
- The emojis used in chats make conversation lively.
- The email notification feature when we missed a message is nice.
- Very easy to use.
- Sometimes the video lags despite having good connection.
- I find difficulty to share large file which should be fixed.
- Sometime it crashes itself.
- Saves time by allowing virtual meetings.
- It has proved very good for our overseas business.
- Sometimes video calls lag and disconnect in the middle of the meeting.
At first I used Viber but I found some issues with the desktop version. The desktop would become very slow while loading Viber and I did not get good experience of it while using in desktop. So, I switched from Viber to Skype and I am satisfied with its performance in both mobile as well as desktop.
