Skype is used across the whole organization for video conferencing purposes. It is also used in staff to staff communication across our branches to solve issues. This has in the past eased in communication in our organization. It has also come in as a cost-cutting actor because with the use of Skype there is less traveling.

Skype is very fast compared to the others. It has an easy user interface where no special training is required.

It has a very supportive team that helps immediately when we need help. Compared to other software, Skype is very cheap in both purchasing cost and maintenance cost because what we require is just internet bundles.

Support Rating

We were in need of software that would have an impact on us. We evaluated the various options we had and we arrived at Skype because their support is twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, three-hundred and sixty-five days a year.

Skype is well suited when a customer who is very far away wants to place an order of items. In the comfort of their homes, they can communicate with the manager through Skype and give him a list of items they need, and then the manager makes a list and gives it to a shop attendant who goes ahead to collect all the items. The customer makes online payment and then the items are sent through the delivery program.
