Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business

We use Skype for business for all of our instant messaging and group collaboration including phone conferencing and desktop sharing sessions. It has replaced WebEx for us.
  • Meeting confrencing.
  • Quick instant messaging.
  • Allows us to check if someone is busy or available.
  • Phone meetings.
  • Wish it had webinar capabilities.
  • Very much increased efficiency.
  • Ability to quickly host a meeting and great for outage incident meetings.
  • Google Talk
Skype has better overall quality and support from Microsoft.
F5 BIG-IP, Websense Data Security Suite, Websense Web Security Suite
It is best suited for an all in one communications and collaboration tool. If it is only used for instant messaging then the full potential is not used as I have seen in some businesses.
