Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business (formerly Lync), now part of Microsoft Teams
Skype for Business makes it easy for us to connect and collaborate with coworkers and vendors: via message conversations and voice or video calls. We can also use SFB to exchange files quickly. The good thing about skype for business is that you can install it on a variety of platforms e.g. IOS/Android/Windows
- The application on windows 10 is lightweight. No CPU/Memory hogging
- Simple and easy to use interface
- Can be deployed in Cloud/Hybrid/on-prem
- Skype for business messages on Apple watch
- ability to mask/disable sending sensitive messages containing credit card numbers.
- Would be nice to get the option of using WebUI
- Allows integration with enterprise voice systems
- Searching through history and conversation which is handy if you cant recall a conversaion
- cannot do offline messages.
