Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business, now part of Microsoft Teams
We use Skype for Business to work with employees all across the country. The instant chat feature allows our staff to ask a quick question without it getting lost in an email.
- The ability to update our status
- Our status automatically being updated based on our Outlook calendar
- Being able to create a group
- Conversation section should be able to be cleared out
- Chat feature needs to allow for more text
- Copy and pasting feature does not always work well
- Skype for Business was a great tool used before COVID but definitely was a life saver during COVID
- We are a tech company so we are able to manage our own Skype for Business platform
I have not evaluated any other Microsoft Teams products
