Overall Satisfaction with Slack
I'm using Slack now with two of my existing clients. One from Australia and one from the US but currently based in Singapore. Slack helps to group our messaging accordingly and retrieve messages to a certain point. I love using Slack because it removes the noise that's available on Skype.
- Slack allows you to focus on work-related messages only.
- Slack allows you to notify relevant people who're part of a channel or group messaging.
- Slack gives you to the ability to track back your previous messages to the group or to a particular person.
- Slack should improve it's video call features. It had failed many times based on my experience.
- Slack should include options so the sender will see if the person messaged have seen the message or not yet.
- Slack should improve it's current user interface too so it looks better.
- Slack allowed the entire team to communicate better and focus on project communication only.
- Slack give us a better way of communicating through group chats and move faster on project fulfillment.
- Slack made our chat communication better than ever.
