Overall Satisfaction with Slack
I work 100% remote so Slack is my main line of communication with everyone within my organization. Slack is the first thing I open when I log on and I am using it all day long, even when the day is over I have it on my mobile so I don't miss anything important.
- Easy to use interface.
- Quickly send and receive messages, documents, gifs, and phone calls.
- Helps me know who is online with one glance which is great in a remote world.
- Phone call connectivity is pretty spotty.
- The DND function could be more intuitive to use
- I have been thinking for 5 minutes of another con and I really haven't come up with one!
- It allowed our company to thrive in a remote world and save renting office space.
- Helps keep everyone on the same page and live one environment.
- Easily keep tabs on who's available and working and who is OOO.
No comparison. Slack is 100% a better tool.
