Overall Satisfaction with Slack

I work 100% remote so Slack is my main line of communication with everyone within my organization. Slack is the first thing I open when I log on and I am using it all day long, even when the day is over I have it on my mobile so I don't miss anything important.
  • Easy to use interface.
  • Quickly send and receive messages, documents, gifs, and phone calls.
  • Helps me know who is online with one glance which is great in a remote world.
  • Phone call connectivity is pretty spotty.
  • The DND function could be more intuitive to use
  • I have been thinking for 5 minutes of another con and I really haven't come up with one!
  • It allowed our company to thrive in a remote world and save renting office space.
  • Helps keep everyone on the same page and live one environment.
  • Easily keep tabs on who's available and working and who is OOO.
No comparison. Slack is 100% a better tool.
Slack is great for sending a quick message or needing an answer really fast. It helps me feel like I am in a virtual office setting where I would lean over and ask a coworker a quick question. Slack allows me to have the same experience, just virtually
