Overall Satisfaction with Slack

It is being used across the entire organization and serves as our primary internal communication tool.

Pros

  • It allows easy dissemination of information to the broader team.
  • Feels quicker and more informal to writing emails.
  • The sharing of files is a breeze.

Cons

  • Hyperlinks in text.
  • The simplicity and convenience have likely had a substantial impact on my company's productivity and efficiency.
