We use Slack as our first tool for communication between the team. With slack, more then communication, we integrate other apps that we use in the company with makes everything easier. Also, I use tools to motivate, engage and remind my team about important events in the company and other.

Slack its visually more modern and are faster then this other tool that I used before in another company. We don't have any plans of changing for another tool because Slack attend us very well.
