Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Communication tool for the whole company - DM each other, create channels, receive company-wide communications, integrate with software like Zoom and Outlook

Slack was chosen by my company... But as I mentioned earlier, Teams is stronger in that it integrates seamlessly with other Microsoft tools like Outlook and Sharepoint so everything is connected. Slack seems disconnected somewhat from my calendar, so that is frustrating. On Teams, you can collaborate on files together, move between video calls and messaging seamlessly
