Slack acts as our team's main communication tool. This helps drive cross-functional collaboration while also effectively categorizing communications into various buckets. We are also able to create channels for external collaboration with our customers. Slack also allows for link storage, agenda tracking, and Jira incorporation making this a one stop tool for all employees.

Slack is a tool that requires very minimal training. It has tools of great additions / integrations that allow for quick learning and improved produtivity. Slack is a tool that can be used by any age group on multiple devices seamlessly.

Microsoft Teams

Teams has a higher focus on not only work related functionality but also allows for social communication for improved work/life balance. Our team has channels focused on pets, food, and much more to help remote teams connect on a personal level something that other chat platforms have not captialized on.
