Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We use Slack for project management and client communication. It is solving the problem of effectively managing multiple projects and clients in a single tool. We create multiple channels that help us work effectively and I believe that is the best part about Slack where we are able to create channels to make sure that evey type of communication has its own space for it.

- Good ROI simply because we are using it for client communication and good clients are always comfortable with Slack.
Slack is a little better as compared to teams because of the flexibility and operational stability. Teams keep coming in with problems and bugs in it even after being a Microsoft product. Though it comes with a huge variety of sub products. But Slack is dedicated towards communications and collaborations which is well suited on Slack rather than Teams.
