Overall Satisfaction with Slack

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Slack for all communication with the company. I really like how easy it is to find information, when I need to know a procedure, I enter the keyword in the search and this brings me related topics. We have several specific channels for the technical community, HR matters and so on.

Being able to remove some channels from the side

Usability

Because it's easy and instinctive. Anyone with even little experience using a computer will be able to easily understand how to communicate there. There is no secret to logging in or chatting, the icons are very visible and easy to understand.

Alternatives Considered

Microsoft Teams, Discourse and Discord

Ease and usability. Although some have similar features, I find Slack easier and with a user-friendly design.

His dynamism helps a lot. You can also search for topics. For scheduled calls, I don't recommend it. Because it does not have a password and ID mechanism.
