Overall Satisfaction with Slack

The communication with partners is much better than through email. Quicker, easier to track and you can have a nice chat, audio or video call. We use it daily with communication with third parties/partners and we always suggest to partners to get on Slack and communicate with us there for quicker response time

Slack is overall a really nice tool and it is useful in many user scenarios and I personally think every company should at least try adding it to their workflow as it will improve their communication at least by a bit. It is best of both worlds when it comes to similar tools

Yes

Slack is well suited for all companies. It is useful for internal chats between teams in the same company, but also outside of company and communication with partners. Slack is great place to create channels and share feedback, photos and other information. I do not have anything bad to say about it
