Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We need to talk about many aspect of our work in different channels. Slack allows us to have Jira and Jenkins directly connected to our talking device.
We can also have threads to keep our talks organized and find everything we want to retrieve later on

- some notifications are bugging
- unread messages system
- calls notification
- better organisation
- better point of view on versionning for softwares
- better point of view for tickets
I think that Microsoft Teams is really not good at doing its purpose in any case The UI is unclear, its sometimes full of bugs, it remids me of skype 15 years ag Teams is also a bit laggy
Overall there is nothing that teams do better than Slack in my opinion
