Overall Satisfaction with Slack

Slack allows my colleagues to discuss projects and company matters internally. Its a quick way to communicate and to avoid tons of emails. We can share documents, images, tips, tricks, what we did on the weekend. The possibilities are endless. We all enjoy using it, its a fun and easy to use platform.

Pros

  • Communication tool
  • Integrations
  • chat history for searching
  • Improved team productivity
  • Collaboration
  • Employee engagement and morale
Its so easy to use. Its a chat app. We can choose to read messages or not. You can choose the level of notification you want. You can have it on your computer or your cell phone on the go. The usability is identical on phone or computer. Very smart system in place.
User Experience
Slack: Designed for productivity, Slack’s interface is structured yet intuitive, with separate spaces for channels, threads, and integrations.

Facebook Messenger: Its interface is more casual, centered around personal chats, with no advanced organizational tools.
