Overall Satisfaction with Slack

we use it to share information between colleagues by creating channels, where we are from several departments and share important and relevant information between us that allowed us to take immediate action. also we have for our team where we speak about our own kpis and ways to do better. creating channels is amazing because every channel has its own topic and that way we get focused

  • nothing, it is integrated with everything
  • it's very positive cause having all the features I talked about, we save lots of time that we now use to work instead of reading, sending emails, etc
Since I have been using it, I realized how much time I was wasting by communicating stuff on emails, text messages, WhatsApp groups, etc. In this tool, we can create lots of internal communication, and can have channels and AI, and other integrations that makes my job easier by how we display our communication through Slack

I love the way it is integrated with Google Calendar and Zoom (which are the other tools I use in my job) so I save time looking for my meetings in Google or zoom. But now, AI has been amazing, I have several channels to follow, groups, DMs etc. and it offers a RECAP. This is the best because it saves me time to read and provides me very specific and useful information
