Overall Satisfaction with Slack

Our team uses Slack in tandem with Miro. Slack helps us track Miro notifications live, which is something that Miro is lacking in. We use the same email group for our team so everyone sees every comment in real time. This helps us immensely because our team is across continents.

It is generally user friendly. However as I mentioned previously, it would be better to use the platform with every team members individual email so we can all follow ourselves, rather than one person clicking a notification and it disappears. I think there is room for improvement on team groups
Microsoft Teams is slightly more user friendly, due to it being connected to email. It connects to your calendar and is helpful to keep everything together. The notifications are a bit more helpful on Miro because it is live. I enjoy the ease of communication on Teams. It's more well rounded

Yes

Slack works really well for quick communication between companies. We use this with our partners for live updates on projects. We use Slack in tandem with Miro, which is super helpful for the projects that we work on. It might work a little better if every team member used their own email for an account, that isn't how our team uses.
