Overall Satisfaction with Slack

We use Slack to communicate both internally and to external subjects, like customers. It's a more professional and polish way of communication than What's App, per example.

  • Integration with other softwares

Cons

  • Make it more customizable
  • Reduced time loss in meetings, emails or calls
  • Provided a solution to manage customers with a smoother communication process
It's more than just a chat tool. It does all the thinks MS Teams does, but with a better feel and a way more cooler and smooth design and look.
Everyone in our company uses it easily, regardless of their IT skills level.
It's whats app just for work and on steroids.

I think that Slack is the most powerful tool for managing internal communication between colleagues, because it's a separate tool that you can use just for professional purposes, avoiding mixing your personal and professional life.
You can also use it with outside parties, like customers, specially if your sales processes allow it - for onboarding purposes, for example.
