Overall Satisfaction with Smallpdf

Smallpdf is a PDF editor. I use it the following ways: merge PDFs into one file, split PDFs into smaller files or compress large (memory) PDFs into smaller files. You can access Smallpdf through an extension in Chrome, which takes you to their website. As a real estate broker, it helps to combine multiple PDFs into one file, which helps make managing work and paper flow easier.

Smallpdf is a cheaper alternative. There is no additional software to purchase, so no need to pay to upgrade licensing every year. I think it is easier to use, although it doesn't have as many tools or options as Adobe. Depending on what you use it for, I think it is a great PDF solution.
It loads as fast as your Browser loads. No additional software to bog it down. Some files may take longer to edit or merge, but that has to do with the size of the files that you are working with. I am very pleased with the speed and performance of the software.
It's very intuitive. Graphic instructions and icons make using the software easy. I have never had to refer to videos or instruction manuals to use this. It just makes sense: it gives you the options, you upload your documents and the work is done quickly. You are up and running in no time.
The software is browser-based so there is no need to interface with any supporting software. There is no software to download, and it works well on PCs, Chromebooks, and Macs.
If you work in an industry with high paper or transaction volume, you'll love the ability to manage your workload better. Compressing files, editing files to eliminate unnecessary pages, reducing memory size and converting some file types into PDF are very helpful in managing transactions. It is very affordable, too.
