Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook

We are using it amongst the managment team. We are looking to better understand website visitor behaviors to drive website and business decisions.

  • Events.
  • Repository of data.
  • Increased sales.
  • Greater user experience. expressed form clients.
  • Increased internal efficiency seen through billable hours.
It's great. The videos are super helpful the customer service gets back quickly.
Overall I have no issues navigating the interface. Always room for improvement.
I have not used the products fully but from perusing their functionalities, Smartlook, to me, was much better and seemed easier to use.

Smartlook is very helpful in observing user behavior on websites. More specifically, we have been able to make adjustments to website design and layout in addtion to the insights its provided with the most visited pages. We have not found situations where it is not appropiate.
