Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters

SmartRecruiters is being used across the organization by all levels. We allow all employees to be included on hiring teams.

Pros

  • Very flexible API allows for creative and innovative integrations.
  • Collaborative interviewing and reviews of candidates.
  • Flexible custom fields allow for more detailed filtering of jobs.

Cons

  • The only thing I see room for is expansion of their Analytics APIs.
  • It has allowed us to integrate to our HCM system; previously we had to manually add jobs to both systems.
Flexibility. It's all about flexibility.
It's perfectly suited for collaborative firms that include lower level employees in hiring decisions.
