SmartRecruiters is being used across the organization by all levels. We allow all employees to be included on hiring teams.

Pros and Cons

Very flexible API allows for creative and innovative integrations.
Collaborative interviewing and reviews of candidates.
Flexible custom fields allow for more detailed filtering of jobs.

The only thing I see room for is expansion of their Analytics APIs.

Return on Investment

It has allowed us to integrate to our HCM system; previously we had to manually add jobs to both systems.

Alternatives Considered

Oracle HCM Cloud (including Taleo) and SuccessFactors Employee Central

Flexibility. It's all about flexibility.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's perfectly suited for collaborative firms that include lower level employees in hiring decisions.
