Smartsheet is used in our department for project tracking and task management. I use it for my team's project tracking and task assignments. The software helps in collaborative planning and project management. Different teams across our department use Smartsheet to share and collaborate projects and initiatives. As we have integrated the software with our enterprise single sign in solution, it helped us for easier access and sharing.
- Only client software required is a browser
- Access control at user level
- Mobile app for iOS and Android
- Assigning a task to more than one user (not available by default)
- A standard template for meeting notes which can be easily attached to a project
- Integration with other cloud SaaS platform like Salesforce
- Improved sharing and collaboration in project management and planning
- Increased employee efficiency with easier access and sharing.
Dependency on client packaged software has been reduced.
