- Project coordination for users without a license
- No project management tool in the Google platform

- Best easy project management tool with online collaboration, even without a license.
- Good and easy dashboard for a project combining different info across platforms like Smartsheet, JIRA, ServiceNow, Google docu, etc.
- A good tool to do JIRA data mass updating with its Connector.
- MS Project/Excel similar cloud-based software, part Excel, part database to enable small biz processes without implementing an ERP like SAP or Oracle to keep data consistent.
- Gantt chart view should be able to adjust the view, not only the by day, just like MS Project.
- The license fee is too high comparing to MS Project.
- Training with details for its JIRA Connector is not good enough.
- Buying a license for a project manager is OK but it is not for normal users since it's more expensive than MS Project
- It's a good project management tool for Google users since there is no similar tool there.
- As it's part Excel and part a database to enable small biz processes, the user has to understand something basic of database tables.
- MS Project: Desktop standalone mostly, no online collaboration with other users, other functions are great.
- IRA: Too complicated with too many options and functions with apps, not easy to have a whole picture of projects. It's too difficult of a web UI to enter or update data for a big project from screen to screen, training is not good enough.
- MS Excel: Similar to MS Project, no project management functions, no online collaboration with other users.
- Google Sheet: No project management functions, like Gantt chart, milestones timeline, etc.
