It is currently used to track customer onboarding projects and other major internal projects for the Customer Success team. It is integrated with Klipfolio to provide a dashboard view of the projects and their completion status. Ownership is typically maintained with each account manager, but there is some shared ownership of the tasks managed through Smartsheet.
