Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Remote Monitoring & Management
We are an MSP with a client base of over 4000 total endpoints. We use SolarWinds N-Central RMM to monitor and manage these endpoints. We use the custom alerting and notifications to generate actionable tickets for everything from basic connectivity to in-depth Exchange, SQL, and server monitoring. Without this tool, we would be left at a tremendous disadvantage.

- Custom alert profiles
- Modular automation builder
- Extensive automation capabilities
- SNMP monitoring requires more involvement and can take time to configure
- Nested alert profiles are not yet available
- Some automation can display an error even though the policy ran to completion
- Cost per endpoint is reasonable.
- We can accomplish more with less staff.
- Overall great MSP solution.
