Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
We use the remote tool (STB) for the home office.
The support tool (SOS) is used by the administrator to be able to connect in case of problems.

- Simple to use and understand for user and admin
- Quick and professional support/service
- some problems with high screen resolutions
- Satisfied users mean more engagement.
- Cheaper and better than known alternatives. Economic profit.
The selection options of security functions is very good. It was and is a plus that a 2FA, MFA is possible.
Onboarding was pretty easy. The users also quickly got to grips with the software and no longer want to do without it.
