Splashtop is a a great Product

I've used Splashtop for a few companies I support. It's a very easy-to-use remote control software. The antivirus works well, and the dashboard with alerts and information is effective. This solves a few problems for me: Windows updates, alerting, and virus software management. This has helped us be more secure, up to date on our software, and manage our end users better.

Splashtop offers a secure remote connection that works exceptionally well. I've used other remote software, but I've never had such a good experience. The 2FA option makes logging on for all users very secure. Offering the end user a remote connection, with 2FA, makes them feel secure and is a great option with great value.

The onboarding was very simple and easy. I was surprised at how well the process went, along with loading the client, anti-virus, and getting the logging setup. Setting up the Windows update policies was very simple and helped my end users be more secure.
