Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
We have remote desktops set up all around the world to control our products at tests and customer sites. Most of the operations can be handled remotely, so we use Splashtop to log into different computers to monitor the status of the products and the tests we are running on them. This is used by our manufacturing, engineering, and field service teams.

Splashtop has beaten Kaseya in every metric I care about. I constantly struggled with Kaseya's complicated UI filled with lots of buttons and consistently bad connections. Once we switched to Splashtop, all of my frustrations disappeared. It is easy to train a new user on Splashtop since the set-up is quick and easy and the UI is so straightforward. I have not yet had any connection issues.
