Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

Our entire organization uses Splashtop Business Access to access the Amazon owner for our clients. We are not able to resolve some issues from the admin access account our clients give us on Amazon. We use Splashtop when they prefer we handle the issue ourselves.
  • File Transfer - Being able to quickly transfer files between PCs makes life a lot easier.
  • Low Latency - There is not any noticeable latency, making for smooth work experience.
  • Setup on the clients end is a little tricky.
  • Connecting two separate remote desktops for file transfer would be useful.
  • We've saved our clients upwards of $2000 by avoiding problems caused by IP-Addresses.
  • We've saved our clients, on average, $50 by removing the need to track time communicating instructions.

  • Our use case is using it specifically to gain access to the owner account for Amazon without using a different IP address.
  • One difficult situation is when I need to access the computer while another person is using it. This is not an ideal scenario because we both can't use the PC at the same time.

Using Splashtop Enterprise

5 - We use it to avoid IP tracking from Amazon. It's useful in communicating with the Brand Registry team on behalf of our clients.
