Overall Satisfaction with Sprinklr Modern Research

We're using modern research to better understand conversations about our brand and identify UGC using our software. The social listening tool is also deeply interconnected with modern engagement which facilitates the moderation activities we have in place.

Sprinklr Modern Research is a great tool to identify what's being said about any topic or your brand. The only problem for B2B companies is that LinkedIn can't be monitored as there's no API available today (but it's not specific to Sprinklr). I would say that the data visualization capabilities are very strong compared to other solutions I've tested.
